Human-Centered Product & Systems Designer | Founder & CEO at Mixel Studio, Inc.
I lead the design of web-first platforms, working closely with engineers, educators, and partners to turn technical constraints and real-world complexity into reliable, scalable user experiences.
My work focuses on making powerful technologies practical and usable for non-technical in real-world settings.
OXR
An instructor-led spatial platform I currently lead the design for, used by innovation centers, workforce programs, and employers to scale hands-on learning and training in real-world settings. Recognized with the 2025 James A. Kelly Learning Levers Prize for its impact on scalable XR learning.
Focus: Web-first authoring · Multi-device orchestration · Live deployment for non-technical users (B2B SaaS)
CodeBloc
A mixed-reality coding experience exploring how spatial interaction can make programming more accessible for young learners. It received an Honorable Mention at the 2024 MIT Reality Hack (Enhanced Learning category, Named ‘AIRBLOCKS’) and the Development Award from the 2024 U-M Learning Levers Prize.
Focus: Creative Learning design · Spatial interaction · Handtracking Input & Room Model
TheraplayXR
Co-designed with the Patient Technology Team at Mott Children’s Hospital, this project delivers calming, playful XR experiences that support hospitalized children through interactive movement, emotional companionship, and inclusive play. Designed for emotionally sensitive, high-stakes healthcare environments where trust and usability are critical.
Focus: Healthcare UX · Emotional design · Accessibility · High-risk environments
